CTO adult volunteers are known as Rangers. No cost or commitment is required to help with the ministry behind the scenes and in non-outing events (such as skills training, service projects, fundraising, etc.) Non-officer Rangers may rise to high levels of leadership in the organization, but may not have close personal contact with youth participants. For an adult to help at outings, he must be certified as a Ranger Officer. This is for liability and safety reasons. This page outlines the various Ranger ranks. |
