CTO CAMP STAFF

CTO Summer Camps are the only youth hunting and fishing summer camps that are run by a full-time, year-round youth hunting and fishing club. This means that the leaders of our camps lead youth hunting and fishing trips, and mentor boys through the outdoors, for a living. We do not employ part-time, seasonal staff to lead our camps. All are mature adults who have done this for a living for many years.

These are our full-time CTO Outfitters and families at a staff retreat in 2009. CTO has set a standard of being the very best in the world at taking kids hunting and fishing, and our Outfitters are the reason we are able to achieve this. They all have an outstanding amount of experience, maturity, integrity and training. They include a former highly-decorated Coast Guard rescue swimmer, a youth wilderness leadership training director, a youth case worker, ordained ministers, and more.

 

Youth who attend our summer camps become good friends with our staff, and are able to stay in touch with them throughout the year. This is one key reason for our high rate of return campers.

 

Camp founder Mike Arnold originated the Christian youth

hunting and fishing summer camp concept in Summer 2002.

His leadership has set CTO summer camps as the standard

by which others are measured.

hunting and fishing club that is now growing nationwide.
