ROOT PARTNERS

The CTO ministry is supported and sustained by our Root Partners. These are people and organizations who share our passion for making disciples, and who wish to become a part of the root system of the "fruitful tree" of CTO.

 

The Lord uses the picture of a fruit-bearing tree many times in Scripture. He calls us to bear fruit in this life, and spells out dire consequences for those of us who don’t.

 

It was majestic in beauty, with its spreading boughs, for its roots went down to abundant waters.

Not all of us, however, are given the gift of evangelism, or teaching, or administration. This is why we have ministries. Thanks be to God that he has set aside some for these jobs! We can still live out the Lord’s will for our lives by supporting those who are called to ministry, by serving as roots — providing nourishment and stability to fruitful ministries.

 

CTO is a fruitful ministry, and we rely on the support of our Root Partners. While our programs for youth are all “pay as you go,” we only pass along the hard costs, so that we can accommodate as many kids as possible. There is not a built-in “profit margin.” As a result, it is necessary for us to raise support from donors to continue to bear fruit.

 

To our Root Partners, we pledge to continue to focus on the passionate pursuit of this powerful ministry, to keep you informed of the ministry's progress and ways you can be involved, and to pray for you continually.

 

Our Root Partners pledge to pray for our ministry, and to provide financial nourishment in the form of tax-deductible monthly contributions.
