Like many other ministry and missions positions, CTO Outfitter work with the CTO National Office and local support teams to raise their own support. CTO will provide training, resources, administrative support, and more, to ensure the success of your ministry.
As much as possible, we seek to plant Outfitters in communities in which they already have roots. Additionally, as the relationships we form with youth are deep and meaningful, we seek Outfitters who view this as a long-term commitment, not a career stepping stone.
