ORDERING TICKETS: Click on the link above to order your ticket(s). Online orders must be received by July 31, 2010. If you are intending to support a specific youth or CTO unit with your purchase, please indicate that in the blank provided. You must specify the prize you are going for — Bucks, Ducks or Bass. If you do not specify, we will assign your tickets to the prize destination that is nearest to your address (Texas, North Carolina or Missouri.) You will be able to pay with your credit card, debit card or PayPal account. Once we receive your order, we will fill in the ticket stubs, enter them in the drawing, and mail you the receipt portion of the ticket(s). If you prefer to order by mail, send your check and contact information to CTO Camp Raffle, PO Box 690927, San Antonio, TX 78269. If you prefer to order by phone, please contact CTO Business Manager Randy Maranville at 830-368-4099.
PRIZE DETAILS: BUCKS: Hunt is for two days and one night, fully guided, with all meals, lodging, and on-the-ranch transportation included. Dates for the hunt will be coordinated with the winner to take place in the 2010 Texas season. The hunt must be taken on weekdays. (Rare exceptions may be possible.) The hunt will be on a private game ranch in Texas. Hunters may use any legal means (gun, bow, muzzleloader). Winner may hunt by themselves or with a guest for two mature bucks of no more than 8 points. The hunting guide must approve the animals to be harvested. Hunters must have a valid Texas hunting license.
DUCKS: Hunt is for one day and one night for three hunters on Outfall Farm in eastern North Carolina. It is fully-guided with all meals, lodging, and on-the-ranch transportation provided. This is considered by many to be the top waterfowl hunting property on the entire Eastern Flyway. Your bag may include up to 12 different species of ducks, plus tundra swan and Canada geese. Dates for the hunt will be coordinated with the winner to take place in the 2010 North Carolina waterfowl season. The hunt must be taken on weekdays. (Rare exceptions may be possible.) Hunters must have a valid NC hunting license and federal waterfowl stamp.
BASS: Two days, one night, professionally-guided fishing trip on Table Rock Lake in SW Missouri, one of the premier bass fishing destinations in the country. Meals and lodging are included. Dates for the trip will be coordinated with the winner to take place in Spring 2011. The trip must be taken on weekdays. (Rare exceptions may be possible.) Fishermen must have a valid Missouri fishing license.
FOR ALL PRIZES: No alcohol consumption will be allowed during hunting/fishing hours, and no drunkenness after hours. Any additional rules and restrictions as required by the ranch/outfitter/guide must be followed, and the ranch/outfitter/guide may require a signed liability release. Any violation of these rules may result in the prize being forfeited.
RULES: CTO permanent staff and their immediate family (wives and kids) are not eligible for the hunt. (They can buy tickets and win, but must give away the prize if they win). CTO members and volunteers are very much eligible! You are encouraged to buy as many tickets as you can afford! It all goes 100% to a good cause! Winner MAY NOT sell the prize or any portion of it. The prize is NOT transferable without explicit permission of the CTO Central Office. Drawing will be held at the CTO Central Office in San Antonio on Aug. 1, 2010. You need not be present to win. Winner will be notified using the contact information provided on the ticket stub.
A NOTE ON TAXES: Save your tickets as a receipt. Charity raffle ticket purchases are considered a contribution if you end up not winning a prize. So either way, you win! If you do win the prize, you will be responsible for claiming the fair market value on your tax return. |
