HERE’S YOUR CHANCE TO ATTEND THE COOLEST SUMMER CAMP IN THE WORLD! It’s so easy, anyone can do it!
By God’s grace, we’ve never had to turn a camper away just because he couldn’t afford camp tuition. Selling raffle tickets to help us raise camp scholarship funds is an easy way for any kid to join us at the coolest summer camp in the world!
We have a limited number of raffle tickets available. Because of this, we are distributing them for sale on the basis of financial need. To apply for the opportunity to become an authorized ticket seller, please click on the link below and send us an e-mail with your name, contact information, and a brief summary of your need. If you are affiliated with an existing CTO unit in your community, please mention this in your application.
If you are approved, you will be sent a raffle ticket sales kit, complete with tickets, promotional flyers, complete rules and guidelines, sales tips, and the necessary forms and envelopes for keeping track of your sales and submitting it all back to the CTO office.
In most instances, we ask for ticket sellers to pay the camp deposit up-front to receive their ticket sales kit. This will give you the assurance that your camp slot is secure. You do not have to choose a session at this point. Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before the start of camp. In cases of extreme financial need, the deposit requirement may be waived. If this is needed, please mention it in your application.
Funds generated by ticket sales will stay in the Scholarship Fund and be applied to another camper if you end up not coming to camp.
Approved ticket sellers will also receive full credit for online ticket sales in which the purchaser references your name in their ticket order.
Tickets will be sent 25 tickets at a time. When you sell out, simply call or email us and we’ll send you more.
As ticket supplies allow, once you’ve paid for your tuition, you may even be able to continue to sell tickets to cover the trophy fee to harvest an exotic buck at camp!
All funds raised must be used for CTO’s 2010 Ultimate Summer Camps. |
